The transparent colors in Florence Neal's untitled print overlap and combine to form
new colors and reference nature in bold gestures. It is in the collection of the New York Public Library.

Florence's new permanent public installation .... a different forest for the Omaha Public Library integrates Neal's extensive work in printmaking and sculpture with text by Wendy Walker. It was commissioned in memory of the art patron Roberta Rogers.

Florence has long been active in the creative cultural exuberance that is Brooklyn.

She is the the co-founder and the executive director of the Kentler International Drawing Space  in Red Hook and a former Exhibitions Coordinator at the Brooklyn Public Library. She is a recipient of a Pollack Krasner award.
