Conrad Gleber

Conrad Gleber has had a long and distinguished career in art and new media design. Conrad exhibits digital artwork, sound and video installations, photography and artists’ books. Locations include the Art Institute of Chicago, the Museum of Modern Art in NYC, and the Kunsthalle Museum, Düsseldorf, Germany.
Two recent productions are exhibitions of outdoor site-specific video projections. One was made for Chicago’s south loop. The other was part of a digital arts festival sponsored by the Delaware Valley Arts Alliance.
Conrad earned his MFA at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. His PhD in educational research is from Florida State University in Tallahassee. There, he taught digital studio courses and seminars on the critical art and design issues. He is a past director of the European Graphic and New Media Design program at the Florida State University Study Abroad Center in London. Subsequently, he directed the Digital Arts & Multimedia Design program at LaSalle University.
